Dr. Jeng K. Kuan, of Matawan, assaulted the woman during her appointment on Thursday, Jan. 25, at the Prosperity Health Center on Route 34, where he is the clinical director, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago said.
Kuan, who is listed online as a chiropractor, was charged with one count of second-degree Sexual Assault and one count of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.
He was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 1, and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) pending a first appearance in Monmouth County Superior Court on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
